What Warming up, Active, Building karma and Needs attention mean, whether the account can post, and what to do next.

Every Dedicated Account has a status that tells you where it stands and whether it can post. You'll see it as a colored badge on the account's card, at the top of the account page, and in the account dropdown when you create a thread.
All statuses at a glance
Warming up
Every new account starts here. A brand-new Reddit account that posts about a product right away looks like spam, so for the first 10 days we build up its history in its subreddits, the way a real person would. There's nothing for you to do.
On the card: a progress bar, the current day (for example Day 5 of 10) and the ready date.
On the account page: the progress bar, days left, the date it started, the ready date, and an Email me when it's ready box.
In the account dropdown: greyed out with its ready date, for example Ready Nov 5.
What you can do: edit the profile. Karma building isn't available until the account is Active.
When the 10 days are up, the account turns Active automatically.
Active
The account is ready to post and comment, and everything it posts is free.
On the card: its karma, account age and posts this month, plus a Post button.
On the account page: a green Ready to post and comment banner with a Create a thread button, its karma and age, the Karma building card and Recent activity.
In the account dropdown: listed under Your dedicated accounts, marked Free.
See Posting from your Dedicated Account to get started.
Building karma
You've started karma building to grow the account's karma before it posts, usually so it can reach subreddits with a karma minimum. Posting and commenting are paused until it ends.
On the account page: the end date, for example Paused for posts and comments until Mon, Nov 2.
In the account dropdown: shown as Building karma, and it can't be picked.
What you can do: wait for the end date, or click Cancel karma building to post right away.
When it ends, the account goes back to Active. See Building karma for your Dedicated Account.
Needs attention
Something has stopped the account from posting and you need to make a choice or take an action. These accounts appear first on your Accounts page and are counted in the Need your attention tile.

Think an account should be marked differently? Open it and click Report. See Reporting a problem with your Dedicated Account.
Finding accounts by status
On your Accounts page, use the tabs above the cards to filter: All, Active, Warming up, Building karma and Needs attention. Each tab shows how many accounts are in it. You can also filter by status under Settings > Dedicated Accounts.
Common questions
How does an account move between statuses? Automatically. Warming up turns Active after 10 days, and Building karma turns Active when it ends or you cancel it.
Why can't I see my account in the dropdown at all? That's not a status. The account is limited to a different project. Switch projects, or ask a workspace admin to change it under Settings > Dedicated Accounts.
Does a status change affect my other accounts? No. Each account has its own status.
