My order ID shows "Published" on Engain, but when I check Reddit the comment is deleted. What should I do?

This can happen occasionally. Here's what to do:

  1. Go to the Track Tasks page in your dashboard.

  2. Click the Refresh button to update the status of your task.

If the status still shows "Published" after refreshing, send us the Task ID and our team will investigate and resolve it for you.
