How long does it take for my comment to go live?

Most comments are published in minutes, but some can take up to a few hours depending on the task type. However, there may be other reasons that is causing the delay for a comment to go live:

• Account safety delays. If the OP account is commenting again after a period of time, our system may intentionally hold the comment back to protect the account from being flagged, especially if that account is processing other tasks. This keeps your content live and your stick rate high.

• Threaded replies. In multi-account threads, each reply waits for the comment it attaches to. A task showing Waiting for Parent Task is holding until its parent publishes and returns a Reddit link. If the parent is delayed, everything queued behind it waits too.

• Queue depth. When demand runs ahead of available posting capacity, tasks wait longer before an account is free. You'll see this as In Review or In Queue for an extended period.
