Your Accounts page is home base for your Dedicated Accounts. It shows every account in your workspace, where each one stands, and what needs your attention. To open it, click Dedicated Accounts in the left sidebar, then Accounts.

The summary tiles

Four tiles at the top give you a quick count:

  • Ready to post: accounts that are Active and can post or comment right now.

  • Getting ready: accounts that are still warming up or building karma.

  • Need your attention: accounts with a problem you should look at, like a ban.

  • Free posts this month: how many posts and comments your dedicated accounts have made this month. These don't cost credits.

What each status means

Every account has a status badge. Use the tabs above the cards (All, Active, Warming up, Building karma and Needs attention) to show only the accounts in that status.

Status

What it means

Can it post?

Warming up

A new account that we're building history for, so Reddit trusts it. There's nothing for you to do.

Not yet. The card shows the date it will be ready.

Active

The account is ready to use.

Yes

Building karma

Karma building is running to grow the account's karma.

No, until karma building ends or you cancel it.

Needs attention

Something needs a look, for example Reddit banned the account.

No. Open the account to see what happened and what to do.

What's on each card

  • Name and topic: the account's name (or its Reddit username once it's created) and the topic it's built around, like AI Tools.

  • Warm-up progress: for accounts that are warming up, a progress bar, the current day (for example Day 5 of 10) and the ready date.

  • Stats: for active accounts, its karma, account age and posts this month.

  • Projects: which projects can use the account, like All projects or a specific project.

  • Date: when it was added, or when it will be ready.

Actions on each card

  • View: opens the account page.

  • Post: on active accounts, opens the Sandbox with this account already picked.

  • More actions (•••): View account, Edit profile or Report a problem.

Finding an account

Use Search accounts to find an account by name. The sort menu next to it lets you change the order. By default it shows Needs attention first, so problems are always at the top.

The account page

Click any card to open the account page. Depending on its status, you'll see:

  • Header: the account's name, status and topic, with View on Reddit, Report and Edit buttons.

  • Warm-up progress: while warming up, the progress bar, days left, the ready date and an Email me when it's ready box.

  • Ready to post and comment: once active, a banner with a Create a thread button.

  • Karma and Account age: the account's current numbers.

  • Karma building: grow karma before you post. See Building karma for your Dedicated Account.

  • Recent activity: the latest posts and comments from this account. Click View all tasks to see everything in Track Tasks.

  • Profile: the display name, bio, topic and date added. Click Edit to change it.

Adding another account

Click Add account in the top right, or the Add another account card at the end of the list. See Getting Started with Engain Dedicated Account for the full setup.
