Reporting a problem with your Dedicated Account

We look after your Dedicated Accounts every day, but if something seems off, you can tell us directly from the account. Reporting is free, and a good report helps us fix things faster.

When to report

• Posts or comments from the account aren't going out.

• The account looks banned or suspended on Reddit, but isn't marked that way in Engain.

• Karma building is running, but the account's karma isn't moving.

• The profile on Reddit doesn't match what you see in Engain.

• Anything else that doesn't look right.

How to send a report

1. Open the report form in either of these ways:

   • Open the account and click Report in the top right.

   • On the Accounts page, click ••• on the account's card, then Report a problem.

2. Pick what's wrong:

   • Posts or comments aren't going out

   • The account looks banned or suspended

   • Karma building isn't doing anything

   • The profile looks wrong

   • Something else

3. Optional: paste a Link to the post or comment involved, like https://reddit.com/r/...

4. Optional: add Details about what you saw.

5. Click Send report.

What to include

The more we know, the faster we can help. Good reports usually mention:

• A link to the exact post or comment, if there is one.

• When it started, for example "since yesterday's comment in r/SaaS".

• What you expected vs. what happened, for example "Track Tasks says Published, but I can't see the comment on Reddit".

• Any message from Reddit you saw, like a removal notice or a suspension banner.

If the account was banned

When we detect a ban, the account moves to Needs attention automatically and you'll see what to do next. See My Dedicated Account was banned: replacement or refund. Only send a report if the account looks banned but isn't marked that way.
