Posting to wrong thread

Submitted a task, and the tool posted it to the completely wrong thread. Far from ideal if this happens. I would try and submit this to support, but yeah that doesn’t seem to exist?

Sort Subreddit in Track Tasks - Small Tweak

Similar to the column sorting of statuses, upvotes, replies, etc. Please add the sort function to the subreddit column. Makes it easier to see if we’ve just rebuilt a comment or are adding a new comment to a modded one in the same sub… to ensure we don’t overdo it.

Onboarding redirects to Step 1 without success confirmation

When creating a new Project and finishing onboarding, the UI redirects the user back to Step 1 without any clear indication that the project was successfully created. This leads users to repeat the onboarding process multiple times, creating duplicate projects. I want a clear success confirmation or redirect to the dashboard so I know it went through.

Timing Bug: Timers Not Working Correctly

When creating a post and trying to thread the top of the discussion with comments there is an option to set the comments for a certain number of minutes after the parent task. But the system doesn’t respect this rule setting. I recently tried to run my comments within 2 minutes of the post going live. Here are the results in the screenshots. The first is when the post went live. The second was my comments (meant to be within 2 minutes). It takes hours!

New to Engain, need a little guidence please

I am new and after getting my first client uploaded I ran into these questions for a local dentist I will be posting for: New Opportunities: I'm seeing posts with high relevance scores, some as high as 95, but none of them are in our target geo area. A good example is a post asking whether a general dentist can place an implant for a lower first molar. Should I still be commenting on threads like this using the recommended response, even when they're not location-specific? SEO Opportunities: Same geo question applies here. Also, what's the right approach for these threads? Are we dropping a brand mention, a direct link, or both? Competitor Mentions: I added 8 competitors for this practice and only one showed any mentions, and that was back in 2023. Is there anything actionable I should be doing with that data at this point? Smart Search: The only searches pulling relevant results are broad city terms like Dallas TX or Grand Prairie TX, and nearly all of those posts are from 2025 or earlier. Should I be commenting on older threads, or is there a better search strategy I should be using? The bigger question across all of this: does it make sense for a local dental practice to engage on threads that aren't geographically specific to their area? I want to make sure we're using the platform the right way before we start posting. Thank you ahead of time! Mike

Reddit URL Verification Error When Ordering Upvotes

I’m receiving a “Could not verify the Reddit URL. Please check the URL and try again.” error when attempting to order upvotes. These are valid Reddit URLs. Are you aware of this issue, and is there a fix currently in progress?

Smart Search Feature - Persistent Hide & Responded To Function

On the smart search, it would be great to have small button on the post tiles that we can choose to: - permanently hide (because it’s not related to what you want). Bonus points if this could bi-directionally sync with New/SEO Ops feeds. Once hidden, that post will never show up on any smart search for the account, even after adjusting the smart search keywords. - Mark as “already responded to” - similar to the New/SEO Ops feed. Hiding them from reappearing similar to the 1st ask.

Automatic Top-up Credits

I want a way to automatically top-up my credits so I don't have to manually buy more every time I run out. This would help me maintain my workflow without interruptions.

Option to directly import a JSON with content (entire posts with comments etc) would be helpful, assuming this is the way you store your data anyway

Negative Keywords

Would be a great idea to run negative keywords, if we are getting results too far outside of the niche. Like Google negative keywords, just to exclude posts that include those keywords. Super simple but would be good

Cannot comment as the OP account on original post

When viewing a post from the account that originally created it, there is no option to reply as that account within the thread. Replying works correctly when using a different account that was threaded in the comment section. The "Details" tab exposes the reply feature for those accounts. However, the Details tab for the original posting account does not surface this option at all.

Total Monthly Credit Usage/Refund Tracking

In the “Credits - Manage your credits and view transaction history” section, it would be nice to see how many total upvote, comment, post credits were used & refunded each month for each website. Will make it easier to track usage between websites.

Improve AI Reply Quality and Style (More Humane/Relaxed)

I want the "Generate reply" and "Generate content" features to sound more humane and relaxed, similar to modern ChatGPT models or Claude. Currently, it sounds too obviously like AI trying to be a Reddit user and overuses em dashes, which introduces friction and makes me go back to external tools. Improving the model and system prompts would make the functionality much more valuable.

Why isn’t there a real support center here for when we have problems? At least for us paid accounts.

Reddit Comment Impressions / View Counts

User reports that many clients are asking for comment impression/view count metrics. They believe it should be possible via the Reddit API. Need to investigate if there are any ways to estimate or provide this data to help growth hackers track reach.

Multi-user / Staff Accounts

I want to add a staff account so they can use the platform as well. This is important for team collaboration and shared management of the Engain dashboard.

Opportunities would be much more relevant if I could only monitor certain subreddits

The agency we were previously using only monitored certain subreddits, so we were able to get much more accurate opportunities. We see much more value in targeting small niches on Reddit versus some of the more broad topics that are getting flagged in the opportunities.

Many tasks are getting way more upvotes than I purchased (not organic)

On many of my tasks, I choose the rank comment button, which may suggest something like six upvotes, and I'll end up getting 15 to 20 plus after a day or two. This ends up looking very suspicious when the post only has a handful of upvotes in the top comment only has four to five upvotes. A few more options for upvote frequency

On an existing comments when ordering upvotes: The high frequency lowest end delivery speed is 1 upvote per 10 min (6/hour or 144/day). Then the next slowest upvote delivery speed is 6/day or 1/every 4 hours. Our options are either 6 per day or 144/day. For a post/comment a day or two old, it would be nice to have a few extra options like 1 upvote per 25 min, 52min, 2hrs… Or something like that - so that we can keep the flow going without having to create multiple upvote campaigns for organic (seeming) upvote delivery. :)

Brand Mentions - not just link related

It would be great to have a section in the settings to provide a brand or company name / trademark & have that factored into the Brand Mentions. If your company is named: “Preparation H” - adding this into that part of the settings “Brand Name”, when those daily crawls happen, we can see where we show up and it just feels good on the whole, knowing we are being mentioned. Game changer for the soft mentions..

Refunding undelivered upvotes

It looks like in progress upvotes that were not delivered before the comments were removed are not being refunded. Additionally, some of the comments and posts that have been removed are not showing this status in the Track Tasks dashboard.
