Timing Bug: Timers Not Working Correctly

When creating a post and trying to thread the top of the discussion with comments there is an option to set the comments for a certain number of minutes after the parent task. But the system doesn’t respect this rule setting. I recently tried to run my comments within 2 minutes of the post going live. Here are the results in the screenshots. The first is when the post went live. The second was my comments (meant to be within 2 minutes).

It takes hours!
