Task stuck in “In Progress” for 14+ hours after “Publish now”

Hi team, I created a Reddit publishing task and selected “Publish now”, but the task k9788rebp3gwzrshhrfrgmasr18247bq has been stuck in “In Progress” for over 14 hours. There’s no error message and nothing gets published.

Could you please check the task logs / queue status and confirm whether it failed, got blocked (subreddit restrictions, rate limits, etc.), or is stuck due to a worker issue? If possible, please advise how I can recover it (retry/cancel/recreate) without losing the attempt. Thank you.
