Task marked “Mod Removed” after ~15 minutes — charged anyway

Hi team,

I’d like to dispute the “no refund” decision for this task. The post was live for no more than ~15 minutes before it was removed by the moderators. In practice, this means the service did not deliver the expected outcome (a stable published post + the purchased upvotes), and the task result was effectively unsuccessful.

I paid almost $30 for the post publication and upvotes, so I believe it’s reasonable to expect a different result than a brief ~15-minute appearance followed by removal. Charging the full amount in this case feels inconsistent with the purpose of the task and the service expectations.

Could you please review this case and offer a refund or account credit, or at least clarify the exact policy basis for charging in a situation where the post was removed almost immediately and the intended effect wasn’t achieved?

    Also, to clarify the core issue: the Reddit post was live for ~15 minutes and then removed by the subreddit moderators. The post content was appropriate for the subreddit, and it wasn’t direct advertising — it included only a single mention of my app without any link, naturally embedded in the text and aligned with the article’s topic.

    The reason I used Engain in the first place is exactly to avoid this outcome: I can post from my own account and get removed in 15 minutes too. I paid to publish via verified/aged accounts and for a posting flow that should reduce the risk of immediate removal. Given that the post was removed almost immediately and the intended outcome wasn’t achieved, I believe the credits were charged unfairly, because the main functionality and purpose of the service were not delivered in this case.

    Could you please review this task again and advise what you can offer here?
