Hi team,
I’d like to dispute the “no refund” decision for this task. The post was live for no more than ~15 minutes before it was removed by the moderators. In practice, this means the service did not deliver the expected outcome (a stable published post + the purchased upvotes), and the task result was effectively unsuccessful.
I paid almost $30 for the post publication and upvotes, so I believe it’s reasonable to expect a different result than a brief ~15-minute appearance followed by removal. Charging the full amount in this case feels inconsistent with the purpose of the task and the service expectations.
Could you please review this case and offer a refund or account credit, or at least clarify the exact policy basis for charging in a situation where the post was removed almost immediately and the intended effect wasn’t achieved?
